Lime and Ginger Grilled Prawns with Cilantro-Garlic Butter
The Albion River Inn
Mendocino Coast, California
This is my favorite dinner entree at The Albion River Inn on the Mendocino coast. It is almost impossible not to order this every time I am there for dinner. They usually serve it over a bed of Jasmine rice. It’s simple, yet packed with flavor!

Love to look at the pix of your recipes, and of course, how good they taste! Love the Albion River Inn and the Restaurant there. I live in Montana, but try to make the trek to the CA coast at least once per year, and you are definitely in the top 3 of my favorite places to eat in California.
